I don't think Sony knows how to create a good web service and experience alone, Sony's Playstation been having problem with the "Web Experience" since. I think the solution is simple, go and find someone (have to be the best) who is the best and let them help you. I have to say Sony, you got nothing to go after Microsoft unless you partner with Google. Google will save your life. So i suggest that at less have a one night stand with google and have a chat after the sex. Otherwise Microsoft will fuck you dead Sloooooowly.

It's Official. Cancellation of Enrolment as been done today 16/06/10. Leaving Australia in a month or less. Now there are number of thing i need to do. Most likely i will leave by 1st July 2010 If not it will be 18th July. Life have never been so exciting.

Btw I went to a trip. it was fun. I might blog about it when i have mood to do it. Because with in 3 days i took 1032 photos and almost 300 videos clips. I need to get them done. Anyway yeah! Leaving Australia. The thing is I won't be able to blog here no more once I'm Back in China. Because China Government dosen't like Google. So i will find other ways.

Followed the WWDC 2010 Keynote from Apple. And yet again apple and steve jobs did it amazingly.
From what i see Apple is really clever and the way they promor their product and their brand like no other. Apple is proud they sets the stage right to sent out passionate affection to the world. It makes the competitions like HTC Motorola and Nokia and others look like dumb asses, because i only see money hungry pigs.

Steve Job's Perfectionism & Passionate love makes Apple the only company that wows me. Even though Steve Job is a hard man to be with (from the book read, maybe his changed). But you can't stop admire him and his passionate love, perfectionism toward what he does. To be able to work in such hardworking team is like a dream come true.

I was trying to render out a animation, but it stop rendering at frame 1648. and it won't more, i tried the twice each time with lower settings. Btw i have 3733 frames and the whole thing takes about 10 hours to render.

Strange... Maybe it's a sign to me.

That Piece of glass is amazing when you use it to watch video on iPhone, it made the video pop. It was breath taking for me. I want to show care my future animation in a mini display under that magnifying glass.

So I saw all of these mediocre pictures of that volcano in Iceland nobody can pronounce the name of, so I figured I should go and do better. But the flights to get over took forever as expected (somewhat). 4 days after leaving I finally made it, but the weather was terrible for another 4. Just before leaving it got pretty good for about a day and a half and this is what I managed to get.
Wish I had more time. I missed all the cool Lightning and the Lava of the first eruption. But I figure this will just be a trial run for another day.

I am of course accepting sponsors to send me back there for more please...!! haha

Something is happening

Errr.. I missed out my class on Thursday, and today i missed out on my counselling session with one of the nicest man in RMIT. not a very good feeling, by keep on missing out classes. I let myself slept, until it's too late. Now all i can do it's start again. it's 3:28pm now. i woke up around 3:00pm, sent out emails to my counsellor to apologise. It doesn't feel nice. but it doesn't have to be nice, it's just another feeling of mine.

Btw i had a dream, i was in big cars with guns shooting at enemies people, it's fun. i never had these kind of dreams before, i mean guns, cars, military and stuff like that. I was on a mission, but before i woke up from that dream, my mission wasn't doing so well, i was just about to fail. feel like i did something terribly bad, like missing out classes and counselling session.

Anyway i must get one with my day.

What's more important?

When you notice that there is a noticeable change in your life happening the way you don't like you will try to change that and make it work the feel the way you wanted, but that's not the case, there are so many change that's happing in a way you can not control.

or is it?

You can always make change the what's happening, because changes are meant to be change.

But what's stopping you from doing it?

is it:

Lack of confident?

Not able to focus?

Feeling Lazy?

Lost of hope?

Fall out of love and got hurt?

Confused?

Depression?

lost interest?

Hated?

...

Excuse can goes on and on...

All you need to do it's get one with it and just fucking do.

But that's the only way for you to get what you want in life.

A Dancer, at first the title of the short film gave me a different imagination of what the video is about, but after watchws the whole short film, the Dancer might just be a perfect title.

A well edited video speaks about a boy's life in india from his own point of view. It's hard, he lost his mother and his father left him, he have to take care of his grandma and get on with tough life in India. Future Hope Love it's such luxury thing for him to imagine. Just before it's all hopeless, hope came and I'm glad that someone is doing something to help kids in tough situations.

So i was in her room two days ago and she decided to photograph her own toys, so i snap the video below. Chain Trip Day 2 : Cousin's Visit and lots of food.

My China Holiday Trip Day2, A visit of my cousin.

My second day was mostly with dad and my cousin. My cousin she know that i am coming back home for the Chinese New Year holiday from Australia, so she decided to see me before going back to the US. It’s been twenty something years since i saw her, there are so many disconnections between me and her, i was wondering what should i say when i see her in person. But the magical thing happened, it just took us 1 sec to be come close again, she is really cheerfully and open, and we just got a long instantly. even thought she have no idea i am Gay, like most of my family member.

So me and my dad picked up my cousin from Guangzhou Train Station, then we went for food, lots of food. and picked few photos to share. I remember that day eating was the most activity i did. Well, I hope you will enjoy the photos. And of cause caption will follow with each photos. i’ll try to explain as much as i can remember.

This is the Guangzhou Train Station External View, it was quite early in the morning.

My father took my and my cousin to a five star hotel to have breakfast. in Guangdong Province we call it Yum Cha, basically you drink tea and eat small plates of yummy food.

Spy view from where out tables are, we were sitting at smoking zone. Because i smokes.. hahah No, of cause not it's my father who smokes.

This is my cousin, she is a married woman.

a small plate of fried dumplings, 3 pieces. it was quite nice but nothing compares to my mother's dumplings. hahaha

This is twisted cruller [Chinese style], i am not a big fan of having fried stuff in the morning, i am more of a fruits and Oats person, but it's nice to enjoy it once in a while.

Mmm This is something that western people might not like, it's steam Chicken feet with a yummy sauces. the honestly it's really yummy, you are going to love after you try it.

This is call stir-fry steamed turnip cake with Chinese XO Sauce. also a yummy dish. So that's all we been eating then soon we moved on to the biggest book store in Guangzhou.

We are on the way to the book store. that's me taking pictures.

Traveling on one of the main road in Guangzhou, as you can see the sky is grey in such sunny day. and this is not the worst time. this consider as a good day.

Arrived at the book store, and many people waiting for the store to be open.

And a homeless guy picking rubbish from the trash bin around the book store.

This book store have 5 levels and filled with books and some shops i think they have millions and millions of books. scary..

So did i, i been looking at photographic book and design book. this one is Scott Kelby's Lightroom2 books, and i was surprises to see it in Chinese. i am so out of date. and i bought few books including Windows 7 OS. Yeah!!

Well after few hours of book shopping, we went to eat again. This time is Hu Nan Food.

This is my father's favour bread, he's planning to take away all this.

This is millet congee, it's a very healthy thing to eat.

I can't remember what this is, it's Chinese cabbage with lamb.. I think this is a yummy.

Toufu Salad with herbs.

Jelly fungus Salad, i like those black fungus.

I forgot the name of this dish, it's also a salad, with sesame paste.

And then is roasted lamb, this suff is so yummy.

Taking away the lifted over stuff.

And then we drove about 2 hours back home, we checked my cousin into a hotel and let her rest and do what never she needs to do, then it followed with yet another dinner, it was a dear friend of my parents, they invited my family and my cousin to dinner at the fancy restaurant. Before or not food is a huge part of the Chinese Culture many things can be done on a dinner table. I think it's enough of photos so i am not going put more today.

So that's my second day in my home town, the next two days you will see my cousin a lot. And btw i keep delaying the posts, i was having a good time with my friends, working out, going out, and stuff. i guess more posts will coming in at random times. Btw Happy Easter.

On the 18th of January i took a 9 plus hours long flight from Melbourne to Hong Kong and then a 1 and the half hour ferry ride from Hong Kong to my home town Zhongshan. So below are some photos of my journey, and as i got home mom made some yummy dumplings, my mother makes the best dumplings in this fucking world, She is simply the most fabulous mother ever on this dammed earth. So finally today my China Trip post started. yeah!!!! Enjoy the photos.

I got to the Melbourne International airport quite early in the morning, i left home about 6 in the morning because of my early flight, the waiting lounge was really quite when i got there, almost empty, actually it is empty.

After a long wait, the monster machine airplane finally lifted it's fat ass into the beautiful blue sky. I love flighting, the best part is the take off moment. it give me a exciting feeling, because i felt i like i am going some where above, sounds silly right? because i am actually going somewhere. I wish i could flight with out Airplanes.

And of cause i always loved the clouds, they are so beautiful. God is amazing, I love him so much.!!! HUGS TO GOD with KISSES.

After 9 hours here i am landed at Hong Kong International Airport, sorry guys i didn't took picture of the airport i was rushing my way to the port to catch my ferry. but i do manage to take a picture of the express translation at the Hong Kong international airport, quite empty too isn't it, the train ticket cost me around AUD$12 (HKD$90) and it will take me to Kowloon, then i will catch a free shuttler bus to the port.

Finally i am on the ferry going home soon.. took this two photos on the ferry before it's departure.

About 2 hours later i am home, btw my family went to the pick me at the Zhongshan Sea port, seeing my family again is complicatedly happy. a different life will follow for the next 40 days. and of cause the dumpling, they were so yummy here are some photos. You might not be able to understand how yummy it is, you got to eat it.

What's happening the next day? well let's talk about it tomorrow. I was really tired, so here is a before bed photo, going to sleep on a huge bed now..

Lady Gaga, and the many delates

The day before yesterday i went to Lady Gaga Monster Ball Concert with a guy i met at the RMIT Queer club, his name is Hua Chun. We cycled to the concert, and it was actually the 1st time i ride a bike in Melbourne, it was really fun. i enjoyed. But the Most fun part wast the LADY GAGA'S FREAKING AWESOME CONCERT, believe or not it was the 1st time ever in my life i went to see a concert, Lady Gaga she is a true fresh inspiration. I didn't take much photo, i just wanna enjoy the concert and btw my GF1 Sucks at concert because the lens i used can't zoom. Errrr shame of me.. Me and Hua Chun we were not able to sit together, he bought the ticket early this year, i bought the ticket only one day before her 2nd Concert in Melbourne, So Hua Chun got a bette view then me, and i asked him to took the photos for me. Well anyway i had fun, i am not a Crazy gaga fan but i think i just became one hahaha. because last night i was dancing long to her music for about 2 hours, i was jumping dancing in sexy crazy and funny freestyle and quite sexual it's well. hahaha. I know that i delayed the post about my China Trip, so i will adding a quick post soon after this one.

What’s been happening since I’m back from China?

I came back to Melbourne on the 28th February and that night I met my new house mate Yumi, she is half Japanese and Malaysian so far we get a long very well, i like her, she is awesome. also there are two other girls, they're all very friendly and kind. I had some great awesome house mates. Few days after i came back I went to RMIT’s Queer club, and this time it’s way more fun, and for the 1st time i met lots and lots of people who are just like me, that makes me happy. went to see fireworks and did BBQ with my house mates. And of cause University life started again, that means assignments, and i know that i will do well this time. Btw I’m selling away few things that includes the 20 inch Dell Monitor, Apple Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, the Rain Design Laptop elevator, Bose Speaker System plus all the Mac Games that i have, keep life real simple.

2010 feels better, i am going to learn how to swim, yes you got it right, currently i can’t swim, but that will change very soon. and of cause 2010 will have more of my cookings, getting drunk and maybe i will find a boyfriend? I can’t be sure about that but it’s certainly going to be sweet if that happens. and i keep reminding myself that happiness won’t come to me, I must find it myself. And I Will. so i must open myself up a bit more and do more talking, because that way i will met more people, sounds really nice.

Oh btw speaking of getting drunk i actually got drunk last night, i drank 2 bottles of red wine and it just nock my fucking head off. i was so fucking drunk. but i loved, i feel so free, free from my crazy logical mind, i had so much fun getting myself drunk, and while i was drunk i made a Lemon Cheese cake, and it turns out really well, my house mates loved. the last time i got drunk i cooked a yummy fried rice. lolz. Well i love to cook, it’s one of those thing when i do it brings me joy and i like to share my cooking with people, and it creates a connection between me and those who enjoyed my food, new friends are made through cooking.

Another thing i am doing is knitting, i learn knitting many many years ago (i think i was like 15 years a go?) with my grandma, and i remember the first thing i made was a very small red bag, i had so much fun doing it. and mow i am picking it back up again, joined a knitting club, classes happens on Thursdays afternoon from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. it will give me some thing to do when i am bored. I do wanna make thing for myself and that special someone in the future.

Alright i think that’s all for now, tomorrow i got to share with you my trips in China. Have a good Sunday. get more rest because monday it’s time to get back business.

The 3rd Week

Well i came back to Australia on the 28th of February, until now it's been few weeks already. Didn't update anything during that period of time mostly i just not feeling like typing and communicating, some how not using the internet actually makes me feel better, information overload is sick and killing me, however i did used the net, mostly it's for Gay Porn lol.

Anyway. today is saturday as i am sitting down in the living room I thought maybe is a good idea to share with you my holiday trip. so i am going to share one post a day for the next 40 or 30 something days. each post i will share with you my times and all the events that happened during my 40 days holiday, there will be words and images, or sometimes maybe just words. actually there are lots of things to share. So i hope you all will enjoy. see some Chinese Places, my home town, shanghai, and lots and lots of people, also very yummy foods. yes CHinese Foods are Great.

So it will start on monday 22nd March 2010 (Melbourne, Australia Time) but tomorrow will share a bit what had happened for the pass few week since i came back to Australia. To start off i could like to show you a newest memeber of the Cui's Family. Say hello to Mr.Bean.

Flying back to home for 40 days

I'll be flying back home tomorrow morning 8:30am for 40days, sadly blogspot have been blocked by the Chinese gov. so I can't post anything at all while I'm inside if China. Well my blog have been so quiet lately, no much of updates, the truth is that, actually there isn't much interesting things happen in my life, it's all very flat, so.. anyways.

But just wanna tell you about my recent walk to the Melbourne Queen Victoria Market, and I took lots of photos, and i picked some and they have been uploaded to my flikcr account, so go there and check it out if you're interested.

New Place, mini version

Not sure if you already know, I moved to a new place with much much cheaper rent, so for that cheap rent my workspace also gets a downsize, it's small but the neatness are still there, like always. You must notice that my laptop is new, yes it is a 13 inch Macbook Pro, i love how small it is, it allows me to carry around easier also with much longer battery life, actually i am a heavy laptop user so far i only manage to get about 3 hour something batter life compare to Apple's advertised 7 hours it's shockingly short. anyway it wasn't a shocking news to me, because we all know that exaggeration are one of the key ingredient of today's business, and exaggeration wasn't the most important, the most important rule of today's business all depending on one truth which is: "Tell Lies". Yes, Lies. Sad it sound be it's so truth. Well how many lies do you have to hear everyday? Countless.

I sold my NikonD200 + Sony DSC-T700 to get this Panasonic LUMIX DMC GF1. I have done lots of research. comparing after comparing, reading reviews after reviews. the Panasonic GF1 produce amazingly good Raw Photo quality and i believe is better then my Nikon D200. The most beautiful part about this camera is the design and size, look at this sexy camera classic and compact, it's the perfect camera in 2009. Not to mention this is the one of the most exciting camera in 2009. this is camera is perfect for me. I love the white color one but it's more expensive and hard to fine in Melbourne. so i got the black one with a huge discount, saved me over AUD300++ dollars. So my friend do lots of home work before you buy anything, so that you have a better change to make a better choice. This handsome sexy boy is coming in this week, and i can't wait to get my hands all over him.

Well you know that. you will alway find people who is doing a better job then you and i. So don't compare with them. Art is very subjective, some kind of crazy and strange abstract artwork can be a masterpiece in some people's eyes. We humans wasn't able to fully understand what is art, therefore our judgments are in huge mess. Art is so huge, kind of like love. Therefore the wise way is to learn what's good about it and what you like about it, then see how you can apply it into your artwork and make it your own and make your work more interesting or better.

Artwork can never be measure by money. Every each artwork is priceless. sometime the most honest artwork are coming from the children's hands. In my eye those are the most beautiful, made with honesty.

Sometimes people got depress and stop try due to comparing and i think thats just such a sad thing to happen. if that's what you love doing, keep trying Keep doing your work try to do you best you can, improve a little by little, soon you will see the big difference. You won't see the big change overnight that's not how life is made, it will take you a while sometime maybe years.

The best way to get motived is to love what you are doing, therefore you can keep trying even if your feel sad or low. if you love it i believe you will come back and try again. Another thing is support and guides, you need support from family and friend, you also need encouragement from them. You do not need to go to collage or university to learn Art. because Art is everywhere. In Collage or University you are learning what Mankind think art is all about, but, doesn't mean that is what art is really about. In my eyes Nature is your perfect guidance of art and beauty. Also the most important thing is that God the creator of all things, He is your perfect guidance. He is the greatest designer ever. there won't be any thing or any one above him.

So and So.
Don't compare, is not necessary at all.
Love and learn each artwork.

Death isn't how you think it is.

Last night was emotional and fill with tears ones again, as i think about things and experiences from the present and pass. For some reason i do not know understand it well.

This morning i got a phone call from my father, as he sounds worries and the messages was that my paternal grandfather passed away, and he is returning tonight and providing full support as fast as possible. When i hear the news of my grandfather, I wasn't sad or emotionally compromised. i believe my grandfather is better this way, his illness is painful for him also everyone around him, and today his is finally free. I do no know what will happen next but i trust God and all about God. Today my grandfather begin a new chapter in life, where i'll be seeing him again when time comes. I do not fear death over one's physical body, because physical death isn't the real death, but i fear death over the rest of a living being, things like love, faith, hope. if one's heart and soul is dead, his physical living body means nothing to him or what's around him.

As i think about what happen last night and the message i got from the phone call this morning, i found a invisible connection between the 2 events, but yet the feelings were so different, i feel the opposite as compare to what you will call how a normal human will feel.

I am not normal indeed, i do not think normal is a word that should use to describe things created by God, normal the word itself have limitation that base on human logical understanding, normal is a word with out emotional feelings attached to it. And as i believe only logical is incomplete, you need feeling to complete as a whole. I am not normal, i never was and never will be. not words created by human can fully define me in all possible ways. I'm crazy, I'm strong, I'm love, I'm wake, I'm Sad, I'm happy..... so and so I'm Not Normal, never wanna be normal.

They're the cute ornaments. The Joyful Cabbage and The Loving Grape. I found this two in a ornament shop this morning in a Victoria Market (See Map Below) there are so many cute stuff, i want to have everything in that shop!!! But i can't! :( hahahah. Anyway, so i picked this two :D They are as happy as i am. The cabbage looks happy and joyful while the grape looks peaceful and claim. I bought this two for a very strong reason. I remember Marquis told me that in French people use the word cabbage as a word to say romantic things, Marquis told me because it sounds sweet. Well now when i am looking at them i pretty much agree. Ok Hope you like the pictures.

And I will be an idiot to see someone by how he or she look like because physical thing never defines a person. There are things or persons you only get to meet once in a life time. if that someone is great you should hold on to it, and don't let it go. I hate myself sometime.

BBQ Sauce Egg Sandwich

Hey this is really easy to make, and it's delicious. Here is what you need to do:

In a bowl break 2 eggs, and beat the egg until you see lots of air bubbles and everything is mixed up well.
Then in a flat pan add in oil, when the oil is hot pour in the eggs mix, and cook them like a pancake, make sure you cook both sides, so flip over.
When the eggs start to turn light brown stop cooking and remove the egg and place it on a cutting board. the next thing you need to do is cut the eggs in whatever shape you like, i prefer strips (If the egg it too hot just wait when the egg colds down and then cut it).
Now the egg is done, and it can make 2 sandwiches.
So now get 4 slices of bread, and toast them then way you like, i like lightly toasted. when the bread is ready put some of the egg strips on top and dress with BBQ sauces. Enjoy it.

Healthy lunch! ざるそば with Pakchoi. well i cooked all this and took all the pictures this is for my Big Spoon Marquis! I hope he will love all this. Well Enjoy the pictures, btw this is very yummy, and one of my favorite food. One more thing is that the picture order is from bottom to top, so if you are viewing from here then you're going backwards.

煮好的荞麦面上面有蛋丝。
Cooked Buckwheat noodles with egg strips on top.

煮好的荞麦面上面有蛋丝。（近距离接触）

荞麦面一定要过冷水哦。要不然会很软烂的。

煮好的小白菜好味道哦！

煮法：1. 用煮过荞麦面的热水把小白菜烫1-2分钟。

2. 在一个小锅里面加入少许油，油热了以后加大蒜以及少许生抽，在烧煮十几秒就好了。

3. 把烫好的小白菜捞出来放在盘里淋上煮好的熟油大蒜酱油汁。

（不要淋上过多的熟油大蒜酱油汁，要不然会变的很咸。）

Cooked pakchoi, with garlic and soy sauce. Yummy!!

How to cook this: 1. Use hot water to boil the pakchoi for about 1 - 2 mins.

2. while the pakchoi is cooking use a new pan add in a bit of oil also few diced garlic and soy sauce, cook them for around 30 secs.

3. Remove boiled pakchoi from hot water and place it on a clean plates, sprinkle that garlic soy sauce you just cooked on top. (be careful not to sprinkle to much, because it could be salty.)

Ingredients : Buckwheat Dipping sauce, diced garlic, black pepper, mix herbs.

(a little bit of soy sauce is recommended)

Delicious Dinner

Something yummy is happening here. I have no name for it but i am glad that my house mate and my friend Mark like it. But...

Little spoon is looking for his big spoon. Well one day little spoon will cook with big spoon and eat the things they cooked together. Little spoon is looking forward to it. Little Spoon is Missing his Big Spoon..

Ingredient:

600G of Stick Cut Beef
2 Carrots
2 Onions
5 Clove of Garlics (random sizes)
2 Hot Red Chills
1 Green Capsicums
500ML Beef Stock
1 Pack (175g) of Masterfood Country Beef Casserole
Add Pepper Salt and Sugar to taste.

Stage1: Cut the beef into small blocks, also clean up all the vegetables and dice them up.

Stage2: Brown the Beef! In a clean new pan add in reasonable amount of cooking oil and cook the beef, Med heat and let all the blood and extra water come out from all the beef, make sure you through away all that liquid. and keep cooking the beef until browns. ( It doesn't have to be browned completely if you see brown spots it will do.) The main reason of this process is get rid of the blood and extra liquid inside the beef.

Stage3: Use a clean pan to cook the vegetable in a reasonable amount of oil, cook the vegetable until i get a bit soft.

Stage 4: Adding the browned beef in to the vegetables and mix them up well.

Stage5: Add in Beef Stock + Masterfood Country Beef Casserole.

bring everything to boil.

Final: Reduce heat to low put the cover on and simmer for 20 mins.

Then taste it if needed add in some salt pepper and sugar.

Fine Touch: use corn flower to thicken it. the way to use corn flower is that you need pre-mix corn flower in cold water (More Corn flower and less cold water) then add in to the dish that you are cooking. Best not to put corn flower straight in to the hot sauce because it will turn solid and will not thicken the base for you.

I love this sweet

I'm a big lover all thing sweet! Yes! I am sweet loving boy, hahaha! My mom told me that when i was little i will cry if i saw a sweet and can't put it in my mouth, i'll keep crying until i can taste it. and every time when i eat porridge i will ask my mom or dad to put lots and lots of sugar in it, i have to see the sugar stack up like a little mountain then i will start eating or crying ill just keep crying until i see lots and lots and lots of sugar.

Well i don't cry anymore for sweets, but i really need them, i inherited my mother's low blood pressure and low blood sugar, so often time when i run into a low blood sugar moment or blood blood pressure moment i will feel tired, wake, my eyes feltl so heavy i just couldn't keep them open, and my head feels heavy too, all i can do is close my eyes and wait for awhile so i get pass that feeling. that's when i know i nee to have something to eat or better something sweet. I have no complain with that at all, because i get to enjoy the sweet thing that i love. Oh btw, for me coffee or tea will just make me sleepy and tired, it never work for me as something that keep me awake, what keeps me awake will be doing some creative artwork, getting excited about the things i will be doing the next day or a very sexy hunk thats in front of me hahahahahaha.

One last thing having things that are sweet and sour on my mouth it will give me that mouth orgasm hahahhaha. Oh WOW!! Thats interesting.

Sweet Soy Prawn with Vegetables.

This is what i had tonight, i love it, I call it sweet soy prawn with vegetables, i put in lots and lots of vegetable, 1st because i love vegetable, 2nd i need them, it was so nice. like i said, vegetable and seafood are my No.1 Choice! I love them.. btw i cooked this with special sauce i bought from supermarket. if not i won't be able to make it this nice.

Now, the very very health brown rice, as long as i have a choice i will go for brown rice. i personally think eating white rice is not great, at the same time it cost more energy to make white rice. They use machines to polish brown rice until it gets white. that's how white rice are made, the machines polishes away all the natural goodness of rice and it use up more energies and left with something that feels soft in your mouth but less healthy. i think it's not worth. The more white rice we eat the more damage we are doing to our mother earth.
