Photobucket

This dish isn't hard at all with all the help from Masterfood you can make a tasty dish in no time, so here is how i did it.

Ingredients:
  • Olive Oil about 2 tbsp
  • Breast Fillets 500 gm (cut it in to reasonable size)
  • Whole med-size Onion (dice it up)
  • Whole Capsicum (I used Green) (chop it up)
  • Snow peas about 60-70 gm (take out both ends) (of green beans if you like)
  • Coconut Milk or Cream 220 ml (if you are using cream you might need to mix with some water, and make it 220 ml, creams can get very thick, so water can help)
  • The important one: MasterFoods Creamy Thai Chicken Recipe Base
  • And last but not less, cook some fresh rice.

Preparation:
  1. Add Olive oil in a large pan, and heat it up.. Median or high heat
  2. Add in all the chicken and cook until got some golden brown spots. (There will be water coming out from the Chicken while you cook them, just cook until the water are gone and the chicken gets nice brown and golden spots)
  3. Add in all the chopped onion and capsicum and stir fry for 1 or 2minutes.
  4. Add snow peas and stir fry for 1 or 2 minutes.
  5. Add MasterFoods Creamy Thai Chicken Recipe Base and the 220ml coconut milk or cream.
  6. Now turn the heat down to low and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  7. Eat it with fresh cooked rice.
